The previously quiet residential street in Telford is turned into a hive of well organised but nonetheless highly energised activity as the last minute details of the big build are attended to.

Bob Osborne, Forest Fuels transport manager said, “When we arrived it was quite astonishing to see. There were vans and workers everywhere, I’ve never seen anything quite like it”.

One of the near neighbours has kindly allowed rear access to the garden area through their bungalow’s garage and garden.

After gaining access the Forest Fuels team set about unloading the wood chip, bagged for ease of handling.

The project is transforming the home of Matthew and his parents Leigh and Sue Cooper after Matthew suffered brain and spinal cancer and had to spend a long time in Birmingham Children’s FF Deliver to DIY SOSHospital for treatment.
