Forest Fuels Credentials

It's Personal

Exceptional, personal service – it’s what drives Forest Fuels’ whole business ethos.

The knowledge, experience and expertise in biomass that exists within our team is second to none. Most importantly, we’re happy to share it all with our customers to determine the best possible solution for their particular set of circumstances.

It’s this collaborative approach which truly sets us apart. An issue with a biomass boiler may not be anything to do with us but when we come across it we will move heaven and earth and take ownership of trying to find the right solution.

90% of our customers are within 20 miles of their dedicated customer account manager – nobody invests more to bring local biomass solutions, nationwide.

Our Locations

With over 40 depots spread nationwide we’re perfectly positioned to offer unrivalled coverage with the lowest possible haulage miles.

Our network of carefully selected locations means that we can practice what we preach – keeping our own carbon footprint as light as possible in order to contribute towards a sustainable future for all of us.
